Who we are

AK Print Studio (Bajrang Chowk, New Shukrawari Rd, Mahal, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440032, Maharashtra) runs this website and the shop. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) we are the data fiduciary: we decide why and how your personal data is used.

What we collect

• Enquiry form on this website: your name, phone, email, your message, any extra questions we added to the form. We also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address that changes every day; it is used only to block spam floods and cannot identify you.
• WhatsApp button on this website: before WhatsApp opens we ask your name and mobile number (email if you give it), and keep them as an enquiry.
• WhatsApp chats with us: your number, your name as shown on WhatsApp, and what you send us (files, photos, payment screenshots). These stay in our WhatsApp; WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
• Orders, quotes and bills: name, phone, email, address, the items and amounts, and your GSTIN if you are a business buyer.
• Bill, quote and payment links we send you: they show you your own bill or quote. On the pay page you pay by UPI in your own UPI app; we do not see or store your bank or card details.
• Design proof links: your name and any note when you approve a proof or ask for changes.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To take, make, deliver and bill your order, and to send you bills, proofs and payment reminders.
• To keep accounts and bills as GST and income-tax law require.
• To protect this website from spam and misuse.

We rely on your consent (you send us the enquiry or order) and on legal obligations (tax records).

Who processes it for us

We use software run by Shreejan Studios ("the studio"), which is our data processor: it stores and processes the data only to run our software, on our instructions.

• Supabase: database and file storage.
• Vercel: website and app hosting.
• Sentry: error reports, with phone numbers, email addresses, GSTINs and link codes removed before sending.

Where: South Asia.

How long we keep it

• Bills, payments and the order details on them: as long as tax law requires.
• Enquiries and customer details: while we need them to serve you, or until you ask us to delete them (we keep only what the law requires).

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it (we keep bill details the law requires us to keep);
• withdraw consent for anything we do on the basis of consent;
• nominate another person to act for you if you die or cannot act.
