Prices and GST

Prices are in Indian rupees. GST, where it applies, is charged as shown on the quote and bill. A quote is valid for the period written on it.

Payment

We accept UPI, cash and bank transfer, as shown on your bill. After paying by UPI, please send the screenshot on WhatsApp so we can mark it received.

Orders and advance

A job starts after we confirm the details (size, material, quantity, finish, sides) and receive the advance we ask for. The balance is due at pickup or delivery.

Artwork and proof approval

For designed jobs we send a proof, on WhatsApp or as a proof link. Please check spelling, numbers, colours and layout carefully. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what you approved; errors in the approved proof are your responsibility. Screen colours can differ slightly from print.

You confirm you have the right to print any logo, photo or text you give us.

Timelines

Delivery dates are counted from proof approval and advance, not from the first enquiry. Rush jobs may cost extra.

Pickup and delivery

Please collect your job soon after our "ready" message.

Cancellation and refunds

• Before design work starts: the advance is refunded.
• After design work starts, before proof approval: design charges are kept, the rest is refunded.
• After proof approval or once printing has started: custom-printed goods cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If the print does not match the approved proof because of our mistake, we reprint it at no cost.

Jurisdiction

These terms follow Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts where the shop is located (Bajrang Chowk, New Shukrawari Rd, Mahal, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440032, Maharashtra).
